Connecting to Multi player Games over WiFi. XBOX ONE

Hi I have a problem connecting over WiFi to multi player games. Titanfall, COD Ghost, and Minecraft.

Titanfall and COD both tell me I have no internet connection, while minecraft says I need to be signed into xbox live account. all other apps work on the WiFi i.e. YouTube, Now TV no problem.

I have a SuperHub 2

I have all ports open that a required on my router.

NAT Open.

even had the router 1 meter from Xbox but no joy.

Connection test every thing OK.

Multi Player test OK as well.

When I connect over a power line adapter it works fine, but I use this for my Nas4free server so this option is not ideal.

As well as all this my friends always see me as being offline all the time no matter how I'm connected. (WiFi/Wired)

Xbox one console disconnecting

We have bought a second xbox one console so both sons can play at the same time. They can play fortnite together but when they play on separate games the recently bought xbox disconnects from xbox one live, therefore ending one childs game. only seems
to happen when they play in multi player games. They both have open NAT, no network errors, both using wifi. Is there a fault with the new xbox one console or is it because they both paying multi player games? Thanks

try to disconnect wireless on your xbox and then reconnect.

 

I've tried the obvious. all the switch on off business.

 

Have you tried changing your wifi channel?

You can do this in the router settings

 

just tried. no joy. both on 2.4G and 5G tried a few channels
