    im having a hard time connecting to xbox live my connecting thing say there is a probelm with internet connecting to xbox live what should i do

    Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. Let us know. Good Luck!

    Test network connection if above step doesn't work let me know what it says. Connecting to live :)

    I click on the "connect to Xbox live" button on my home screen but it just makes a noise. I'm connected to the Internet and I've tried hard resets and signing in and out. Help

    I've been unable to access since my xbox live renewal on april 1st, same situation as above exactly, but signing in and out actually worked.

    Same here. A few days ago my xbox one stopped being able to connect and when I did a connection test it said there was a problem at the server end, even though my wife was able to connect on hers just fine.

    Tried again tonight and although the test said there was no problems, it still wouldn't actually connect.

    Logging out of my profile and logging back in like Teekyyl suggested seems to have cleared it up though.

    i have the same Problem

    my solution is to remove the account from my xbox one then do a hardreset and after this Login again

    it is working but i hate it because you Need about 10 minutes to do this and after three days the same Problem Comes again and again.....
