    When trying to connecto to my games, I get this error message. I am connected to the internet. I should not be having these issues.

    Another issue: It takes forever for the games to log onto my account of Purchase Starey. Since I am logged into my computer which uses my Live account ID, why is it taking so long to log onto my xbox gamer ID?

    Hello Donk,

    Thank you for contacting Forum support!

    Please try to set the DNS to manual and see if that will fix the network/gaming issue.

    This link here will show you how to get to these steps.
    Network settings on Xbox One

    Go to settings:

    1.Network

    2.Network settings

    3.Advanced settings

    4.DNS settings> manual

    5. set Primary DNS to 1.1.1.1

    6. set Secondary DNS to 1.0.0.1

    7. Test all networks> then test your content/games/chats/etc.

    Connecting to games

    My Nat type is always strict and I have a private connection, if i enable upnp it will stay strict but say that I now have a double NAT, but this has never stopped me from hosting games before.

    Sony will only allow you to connect a Microsoft card to a single PlayStation ID. This cannot be undone, and the ID cannot be connected to another account. So you need to use your PS4 account

    Also id your connection is only 3mbs is it an lte connection?

    If its lte then its the connection

    For larger downloads you must have a broadband connection since lte isntnconsistent

    Because they're connected with the Windows Live ID. Any Microsoft service that you sign in using the WLID is connected.

    Id say connection plays a big part in it all. But, a good player (skill and ability) with a good connection, brings the pain.
