Connecting the controller Xbox 360

What console are you referring to - Xbox 360, Xbox One or Series X|S? What exactly happens when you try to connect/sync the controller?

For Xbox 360:

For Xbox One and Series X|S:

Hi, are you connecting a wireless xbox 360 controller or a wired 360 controller, and are they official controllers?

The link opens correctly for me. Try going to https://beta.support.xbox.com/ and search can't connect 360 controller which will give you an article titledXbox

As long as you have the option to sync your wireless controller with your Xbox 360 it should work.
