connecting new xbox live account to old xbox 360

I've got an old xbox 360 with an old live account on it. We don't have the information from that account to log in and I was wondering how to get my account signed in and deleting the old account?

Lost account and inability to unlink

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
account.

Xbox one account password is too long to enter into Xbox 360

When I set up my Xbox one account, I had forgotten my old 360 password. When I tried connecting to Xbox Live (redeem code) 360 afterwords, it would only accept 16 characters and my new password is more then that. I logged into my Xbox account at their site
and It says I cant reset my password to shorten it.

If you are able to access the gamertag on the old console then the email address should show in the upper right hand corner.

If it does not or you are unable to access the tag then you'll need to contact phone support for your region for further assistance.

Once you have your email address then you'll need to recover your password from the website as passwords are not stored for easy access.

Plug the old xbox directly into your router, connect to xbox live with your account. This should update it on live's severs.

Now, recover it on the new xbox.

For the first time I just connected my old Xbox 360 to the internet and created a new live free account, the problem is that it doesn't want to connect keeps sending an error code

Try to escalate your issue to a supports and pass it to the system engineers provide they can actually do that and look to your unique issue.
