Connecting Logitech headset G635 to Xbox one

It would be up to logitech to update or make the headset wireless for the Xbox. There are many wireless headsets that are out there that conform to the wireless "standard" that Xbox has in place. Until then you'll have to wait for Logitech to provide that
feature.

The G933 gaming headset can be connected to your Xbox One™ console using the included the 3.5mm audio cable.

1. Set the mode switch on the G933 gaming headset to Wireless Off mode for passive audio mode, or set to
   Wireless On mode for active audio mode with additional features.
2. Connect the G933 gaming headset to the Xbox One™ controller using the included 3.5mm cable. NOTE: Older Xbox One™ controllers may not support direct 3.5mm cable connections and may require the Xbox One™ Stereo Headset Adapter (sold separately)

NOTE: Headset will not operate via USB Wireless Mix Adapter on Xbox One.

What will Logitech do for me if this issue is on the Xbox? The headset works perfectly on other handsets and only on the Xbox that does not work. it comes cheaper for MS to sell an adapter than to make
an update to fix it. I've solved the problem I'm using a cell phone headset that works perfectly. Thanks a lot for the help.

There are many headset manufactures that have made headsets which use the Xbox's proprietary connection "Xbox Wireless" to connect their headsets to the Xbox One wirelessly without the need for a dongle or base station.
Some examples include Steelseries, Turtle Beach, and LucidSound. As of right now, I have not seen any announcements that would make your headset compatible because USB headsets are not supported on the Xbox. Logitech would have to release a new headset which
uses the same Xbox Wireless connection to connect to the console wirelessly, or Xbox would have to release a system update making all USB headsets compatible.

In either case, your best option would be to contact Logitech and ask if there are any plans to make a wireless headset compatible with the Xbox One, and you can also post on the

Xbox Requests forum to get your request seen by Xbox Insider developers and hopefully get some traction regarding USB headset compatibility on the Xbox One.

A xbox console doesn't support Bluetooth devices. This headset is for PC, tablets and smart phones.

I would have to agree with the advice Honda Man 04 has given. Looking at the Logitech H800 website this headset operates via bluetooth and the headset does not appear to be compatible with the Xbox One. There is no mention of console compatibility on the H800
wireless headset website.

The only way this headset could work with the Xbox is if it can connect via a 3.5mm lead. From the website, it is not clear if that is an option and you would need to make contact with Logitech Support to see if this is at all possible with the H800 headset.
