All of a sudden, my Xbox One no longer seems able to connect to the TV. I keep getting a 'No signal' message. I tried shutting it off and rebooting but it does not seem to work! What can I do to fix it?

Thank you for a proper answer. We have no DMZ on anymore, we have both checked multiple times that we are port forwarded and he's on wireless while I'm on wired (but we changed his to wired also, still didn't work). We have both also checked our connection
through the xbox live management thingo and we came up with we shouldn't have a problem with anything, showing our nat's open.

You said you rebooted the console. Did you do a hard reset? Hold the power button on the console down for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Then just to make sure everything has reset unplug the cable from the back of the console for 4 minutes
before powering it back on. See if that helps.

If not you may also try using a different HDMI port on the TV and/or a different HDMI Cable.

If that doesn't work take the console and test it on a different TV.

This will help to isolate where the problem is. Good Luck!

Update!

With the ethernet cable plugged I experienced no disconnections. I think that the problem is with my flatemates xbox as i've used the wifi adapter at home on my own xbox without problems. I Think i'll just buy a 15m ethernet cable, dont think they are too
expensive.

It's most likely caused by that moderate NAT you say is showing up. You'll need to either port-forward the necessary ports for Xbox LIVE to your Xbox console, or you'll need to put your Xbox in your router's DMZ.
