Discus and support Connecting issues need support! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hey all, anyone else having this problem I wanted to send my Xbox one in for repair but seems u have to contact support for this problem so here I am....     Hey all, anyone else having this problem I wanted to send my Xbox one in for repair but seems u have to contact support for this problem so here I am.



    Problem Example 1; when loading up call of duty black ops 3 I cant get past the home start screen error a..b...f... downloading the files to fix this (thx to > youtube) I need to go offline with the console go in the game, go back online then back
    to the game and usually then it works but this takes way longer..



    The only game I can play is a offline game or GTA V online.



    Problem Example 2; When I want to play my old Xbox360 games example "Gears of War 3" again wich I bought long time ago when I was on Xbox360 still..

    I'm connected to the internet, my connection is good, nat type is open, signed into my gold account on XboxOne, then when I'm in the Xbox360 mode on XboxOne it asks me to sign in to my account I say ok so I try to download my account in the Xbox360
    mode to play the game online and I get an error saying cant connect to xbox live it suggests to test my connection yet when I go to test it, it says all is good connected etc...

    Please fix this or let me send it in for repair? I'm from Belgium the console is still Under warranty until: 28/02/2017 !

    Ubisoft servers and trials fusion?

    My one complaint about Ubisoft games is the constant connection you need to Uplay. If you are experiencing issues connecting to Uplay you need to open a Support Ticket with Ubisoft Support. They should be able to fix any issue for you.

    So i called support,

    For some reason it only works when u connect you moblie phone to the Xbox console by using it as a hotspot the console will use you 4G ethernet to start the xbox360 download and sync sadly this costs us a lot of money since ur paying for mobile ethernet
    on the phone 4G roaming... and downloading profile info + save games etc... and its very annoying because after all this should just work when its connected by cable.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues staying connected. There are a few steps that can be taken to fix the issue before sending the console in. First step is to check and see if the Xbox One is plugged into a power strip. It really needs to be plugged
    directly into the wall, it has a built in surge protector and if plugged into another power strip or extension, it will interrupt the connection and cause issues. If that does not solve the issue, if your console is wireless and you are able, try hard wiring
    the console, see if that fixes the issue. I have great internet service here, but still had to hard wire my console. I would try follow the steps in

    support.xbox.com/.../networking
    before sending the console in. Let us know if this helps!

  7. console is connected true a power line system that uses the power current to provide ethernet upstairs where the console is located and connect from a router, the console is wired to that router and that router to the power line system wich is plugged into
    the modem directly downstairs did not used to have this problem,

    this is a new issue it wasn't allways like this and nothing has changed so it must be the console I don't see how anything else could possibly be wrong and I don't exactly know what modem I have since my isp placed it at our home theirselves they sold and
    placed it. (telenet.be)

    Hi EPiiC,

    If you haven't already, please go ahead and reset both of your powerline adapters and afterwards, pair them. Consult the manual for your powerline adapters, on how to properly pair them.

    You should connect your router directly into the modem, and from there, start to populate your powerline adapters.

    The make and model of your modem could also be useful information, to rule out this device as the culprit.

  9. I cant connect it directly to the modem since its downstairs and I'm 2 floors up and the power line is my only option and besides this still doesn't explain why it suddenly stops working when it all used to work fine nothing changed so

    I assume your "wireless modem" is operating in bridge mode? If not, then this is your primary problem and not the console itself.

    Consult with your service provider and make sure it is operating in bridge mode.
