Connecting headset with Elite 2 on PC

Hi, I have Xbox controller Elite 2 and it works just fine.

I am just wondering why I cannot use my headphones connected to the controller via jack 3.5 while being on bluetooth to my PC. When I'm connected via USB everything works properly. Controller is fully updated.

Is there a solution or it just works like that?

It's normal to not be able to use the headset trough the jack while you are on Bluetooth as this isn't supported, it's necessary to have the wireless adapter from Xbox to use the audio wirelessly on PC trough the 3.5mm jack

I have a pc compatible gaming headset (Corsair void elite wireless), not compatible with Xbox.

Is it possible to make it work on a xbox one x (with a dongle for ex)?

Hi, your headset use USB to connect to PC, sadly you can't use it with Xbox One. You need an headset with 3,5mm jack.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you clarify exactly what is going on with the elite controller and your PC? Is it connecting to your PC at all? Are you attempting to connect via Bluetooth or with a USB cable? Is this the Elite 1 or 2?
