Connecting Discord for Voice Chat

I don’t know if I’ve put it under the right category and I don’t know if this is the right place to ask but I am having trouble connecting my discord account to my xbox so that I can stream games or join calls. It was working fine and I had used it once or twice until about a week ago. It keeps telling me I need to relink my accounts which I’ve done multiple times after even deconnecting it completely but I have had no success.

I have set up my Xbox on the Xbox app too and also deconnecting it and reconnected it multiple times which hasn’t fixed the issue.
