Connecting controller to console

Updates:

Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.

Hey Nuthin! Can you try these same controllers on a different console, like a family member or a friend's? If they work there but not on your console, then there is most likely an issue with the console. If you need to set up a repair order, start here (support.xbox.com/.../repair-process).
If they don't work on another console, then there may just be an issue with the controllers. Let us know what you find with this test, thanks!

Can you hook them up with the charge kit to see if they connect that way.

Then unplug the charge cable and see if it stays connected.

Solution: turn on the TV before the Xbox (this did not matter before the December update).

All controllers running fine; everything running reliably now.
