    Hi, we have had an xbox 360 for a year now. My husband connected first and connected to xbox live then he created accounts for our children (not on live) Since some family have moved away we would like to connect them to xbox live so they can play online
    with them. My husband has tried to do that this evening by entering all the details, verifying etc but then at the end it says it cannot be done? Any help please. Thank you

    They can access xbox live only through your gamertag because it is the only one with access to it. If they want their own gamertags to access live, they will need a paid subscription.
