Connecting Bluetooth makes the wired mouse stopped working

Thank you for the reply.
Unfortunately, it does not work for me. The wired mouse will only work if my laptop's Bluetooth doesn't connect to anything. Below is an example of my Bluetooth connection. Rival 3 is the wired mouse, and Emberton is the Bluetooth speaker. So I got my controller, speaker, and mouse connected, and only the mouse stop working.

Before using the wireless controller, I can use the wired mouse and Bluetooth speaker same time, but I can't now. Is there a way to roll back or delete the wireless controller cache? I have tried to remove the wireless controller in the device manager but it doesn't work.

I would suggest you to uninstall the mouse driver and install it again after restarting your computer. Just to go Start > Search and click on Device Manager > Locate your mouse driver > Right click on it > Uninstall. Restart your computer with the mouse unplugged, then plug it in and the driver will probably install itself.

See if the issue persists and please let me know.
