Connecting and Staying Connected to Xbox Live

Hey, I have been on Xbox for over 10 years. I have enjoyed it a lot. Currently I am experiencing problems with connecting and staying connected to Xbox live to play multiplayer games. When I am on the main screen for a video game Call of Duty Modern Warfare....
Anthem... etc. It has a problem with connecting to Xbox live and always disconnects me from my Gamer Tag when I am trying to play. I don't think the internet isn't the problem because Netflix works, my wifi works on my laptop in the same room as my Xbox, and
no one else who is using the internet has a problem. What do you think the issue is? Could it be a problem with the Xbox one S itself? Is it my gamertag? Is there another problem that I am not aware of? Help would be appreciated. Thanks -

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to stay connected to Xbox Live.

If Netflix is working when connected to your network, but multiplayer is not, this would mean that there is currently a NAT error present within your current network connection. Our suggestion here, please attempt following our
Xbox One networking connection support article.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

Hey Reaper, very sorry to hear about the connection woes! I'm curious, have you had a chance to try simply resetting your network hardware, by unplugging power to your router and modem for at least 15 seconds? If that doesn't do the trick, please take a
look at our
START HERE post, and then answer the bold questions in your thread.

The update could not be downloaded from Xbox LIVE. Try the following:

Try installing the update again.
