    Hello.

    I have a question about connecting USB 3.0 ADATA ASH-14 drive 500GB to XBOX360E.

    Drive is not working with console. Formated FAT32. Device is recognized by XBOX but when im trying to use it (copy game, download game or format) system is reporting an error: "operation cannot be finished". When connecting it to the PC everything looks
    fine, drive is working,. I have other HDD connected and there are no problems with it.

    Is it a known issue? Maybe that drive is not compatibile with console?? Or maybe im doing something wrong??

    What flash drive is best suited for an Xbox 360 S?

    I bought an ADATA Value-Driven S102 Pro Effortless Upgrade 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive when I got GTAV to install the play disc on it for my Slim and eventually use it for other devices. Reviews for it are really great on Neweeg and Amazon plus it's USB 3.0
    so when I am done using it with my 360 I can use it for my computers which all have USB 3.0 or maybe the Xbox One. Comes formatted in FAT32 so can just plug it right from the package.

    $25.99 and just under $30 with shipping and tax off of Newegg.

    I want to install GTA5 but I want to be sure that the 16gb flash drive I get is legit, but the reviews for the 16gb SanDisk Cruzer all say they're disappointed with its read/write speeds.

    I'm about to buy the ADATA Value-Driven S102 Pro Effortless Upgrade 16GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive because it has Newegg's customer choice award and it's only $16 with 100mb/s read speed. The Silicon Power 16GB Blaze B30 USB 3.0 is only $10 and has 40mb/s read
    speeds as well. I was going to choose that one, but for 6 more bucks the ADATA flash drive is worth it.

    External drives must be at least 256GB and support USB 3.0 on Xbox One. Slower USB 2.0 drives are not supported, ensuring data will transfer very quickly between your console and the drive.

    Is it a USB 3.0 drive?

    USB 3.0 hard drives will work perfectly fine on the Xbox 360's USB 2.0 ports.

    Even over USB 2.0, the read speed of a hard drive connected to a 360 is still faster than the Xbox 360's DVD drive playing games from a disc,

    Don't get confused between 3.0 and 3.1 either. The standard was changed a few years ago, but, suffice as to say, USB 3.0 is now called USB 3.1, but it's still all BC with the older standards. The hard drive connected to my old Xbox 360 is a modern USB 3.0/3.1 drive. It works fine.

    Just buy one.
