    Have you tried to sign out and sign back in on the family page to re-sync it?

    You can add the Xbox console under his account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices then click on “add device”, you will be needing to enter the serial number.

    Yeah, sorry. I logged into Microsoft family safety on my android phone. When I log in to my PC, it still says my account is not connected to a device, which makes it unable to change my settings (it says for Family safety features to work, my account has to be connected to a device).
