Yesterday upon getting home I decided I would play on my Xbox One. It was all good until I attempted to load into a mulitplayer game (COD AW for example). I attempted to get into multiplayer, and it gave me the message that I must be connected to Xbox Live
to play this. I tried other games aswell and have had the same issue. I have reloaded my profile onto my xbox and reset my router multiple times. I don't know what else to do.

All of you with Troubles - Game not loading, things not working..Answer is here..

Waiting isn't my problem. When I go to multiplayer and XBox Live, I get this message: "you must have an active network connection to play xbox live or system link matches"

I am connected to XBox Live because I can see all my friends online. My NAT is open.

Cannot get on live

I Cannot play live on this game i would play from the reach disc but it broke and wont work. So im trying to play from this disc and it says you must be connected to xbox live and the thing is i am connected to it and all the other games work fine. So any
solutions?

Edit - Now upon looking I see I only have access to certain features such as advertisements on the home screen, looking at my profile (even then its restricted) and seeing friends online. I really do not know what is wrong but I am worried about my Xbox
One being broken maybe.

Have this Problem as well, days that this Profile is not allowed on Xbox live.. Good thing I got cod aw on ps4 as well...

I have problem same you guy , I use wireless my NAT is open

I test Multiplayer it have a error massage " Can't finish multiplayer tests" but some time I will test it again it's all good but I can't play multiplayer games

If you are on 360, many downloads must stop when you play another game, predominantly due to the fact that you cannot play multiplayer whilst downloading something from the marketplace.
