Connected to Xbox Live- Games say I am NOT connected to Xbox Live

New to thisee forum feature. Someone please help. Xbox won't allow me to play any game online, even though my multiplayer option in the network section, says, "It's all good."

So I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition over the weekend and logged on today.

Came here to ask this questions, I got Gears Ultimate today. It says play on Xbox Live! before January 1st and receive all the 360 games. I am hoping when they say play on Xbox Live! they don't mean the multiplayer. As I am not a multiplayer fan.

 

Changing from disc to digital games?

Am I right in saying they email the codes over?

 

Sorry to hear it. This is more than likely a cache issue. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should fix the issue for you.

 

Try logging out then back into your profile or going offline then back online

 

I've tried logging out, disconnecting to my network, power cycling and unplugging the xbox after I waited 10 seconds, and nothing has changed everything in my network is fine but going to the game it won't allow me to play Web play or online. Could it possibly
be something related to my network, perhaps maybe the speed of it is too slow because too many people are signed on?

I'm having the same issue with connecting to multiplayer for Xbox Live. With any game.

 

Mine says the network connection is fine but it won't let me do anything not netflix or Hulu or games I play offline it keeps saying I need to connect to Xbox live but my test network and test multiplayer say I should be able to use all service's

Just curious if you all are in the preview program because I am and this most recent update has caused me a lot of issues. I have done the power cycling, forgetting networks, resetting modem, and clearing the persistent storage. I know for a fact the issue
is with the new Xbox one experience because I can play the same account on a different Xbox in the same house just fine
