Connected to Xbox live = Disconnected after 5 min

Hi i have a problem my xbox live is disconnecting after 5-10 min of using it since the 06/12/14 ... Pretty much its working fine only for 10 min then disconnects and i cant use it for another 5 min .... Any tips or news what might cause it ?:

I can't connect to my internet !

It worked, I switched off security and I got connected but after 5 mins I get disconnected randomly ...

Sorry to hear about the disconnection issues! Can you post back with your router and modem information, specifically the brand and model numbers? Also, when you get disconnected, try testing
your Xbox Live connection and post back with any error codes you get!
