connected to xbox live, can't download game updates.

ok first let me start by saying i've had no problem at all, until i added an external hard drive to my xbox one. i have always been able to download any games, apps and updates with no problem. when i tried to transfer all my games from my internal hdd to
the external hdd, some of them wouldn't transfer. i had to uninstall them and reinstall to the exteranl hdd. when i tried to play any games while connected to live i am told the games needs updating and start the download. i always get the same something went
wrong with the update message, no error code. so to recap i can connect to xbox live, can't update games. here is some info i saw that would be helpful to post. any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently trying to update Diablo 3 ultimate evil edition.
i can't play the game at all since i uninstalled it from the internal hdd and reinstalled to my external hdd. it was fine before the external hdd, i had it updated to the latest version. now without the update my saves can't be used on the older version of
the game. am sure i have other games that will give me the same problem when i try them too. please help!!!!!

Wired or wireless (for each console): wireless for all three

Things you have tried:

tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game from both he internal and external hdd's

clearing the cache

hard resetting the Xbox One

restarting the modem

restarting the router

removing the external hard drive

having the xbox one forget the network connect, then setting up a new connection

tested the network connection ( everything was good)

tested the multiplayer conneection ( got error code 0x7fc3) couldn't find anything related to that code on Xbox.com

did a detailed network statistics inquiry download speed 13.52 mbps, Latency 1563 ms, wireless strength 94%, packet loss 0%

checked to see if i can access other apps using internet on xbox one, worked fine browsed internet using Internet Explorer

can access xbox games store, app store

have no problem using iphones, samsung galaxy s5, ipad, samsung galaxy tab s, laptop, or wii u with my wifi

Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? no NAT errors, NAT is OPEN



Any Error Codes you encounter: just the 0x7fc3 one



Who is your ISP?: Hughesnet (i know it sucks, but it's the only option i have where i live)

Yep, happened to me too. Can't connect to Live without the update, and can't download the update because I'm not connected to Live.

Feeble.

My friend who was connected to xbox live on the trial just restarted his xbox and now he can't connect as well

external hdd is a western digital 4tb, 3.0 usb, with its own power pack

also i have cleared the persistent storage, per the request of a microsoft support rep.

 

Contact your ISP and have them open up Full Cone Nat. This is the only reason why you are having issues. Your are trying to connect multiple systems through a single Gateway. On top of this make sure they open all Xbox Ports for you.
