connected to xbox live but not on games

I test my network settings and it says everything is fine, but whenever I try to play online features in games it says "you need to connect to xbox live".

It's been like that for at least two days now, I know there was some sort of general server problem for everyone but on the status page it now says there shouldn't be any problem for xbox one.

So what's wrong?

Clear your system cache by navigating to your HDD or Hard Drive and pressing y for options and this will clear all of the updates ever downloaded from games. When you re-download the update you should be fine. And if you want, go to options in call of duty
and you can change the start up to automatically go to multiplayer. Hope this helps.

From the symptoms you describe this sounds like it may be a profile issue. Have you tried re-downloading your profile to see what the results
are? If not give it a shot and see. Keep us posted on how things go and if you get any error messages or codes.

 

Assuming your are on "instant on" mode please do a hard reset (holding >5 sec powerbutton) and then try again.
