Connected to Xbox Live, but can't chat with friends, play online, or play my games.

I'm not sure as to what has caused it, but I can no longer chat with my friends in parties, play online with other people, or play my games such as Assassin's Creed Unity, Destiny, or the Master Chief Collection (with the exception of Warframe, but I have
to play solo as I can't play or communicate with anyone while in game). I was playing fine in my own home and later went to a friend's house to play. I hooked up my Xbox One at his place and the problem started. At first I thought it was his internet, but
I wasn't sure how that made sense seeing how he was playing with full functionality and I wasn't. I later went home to see if the problem persisted, and it did.

I've been doing a lot of research for the answer to my problem, and a lot of it hasn't worked for me. The only thing I haven't done is contact my ISP for a public IP address, but I wasn't sure how that would help seeing how the problem began in a different
location and not my own home. I test the network connection and I get the message "It's all good." However, when I test the multiplayer connection I get the message "Can't get a Teredo IP address." I've done the troubleshooting steps and still nothing, I've
done a lot of troubleshooting and nothing works.

Is it really my router or is it my Xbox One? I'm trying to remain collected, but everything I've read and done isn't helping. Help me, please?

(XBOX ONE) Xbox Live connection issues on 360

Since MW3 recently became available to play on backward compatible, I wanted to play with my friends but apparently I can't download my profile on the 360 dashboard because my xbox can't connect to xbox live, but I am connected on the Xbox One, in a party
chat. I can't download and can't play online because the 360 dash doesn't ''find'' my internet, but the X1 is perfectly fine. Any help?

I can log into xbox live,see my friends and all the live stuff,i can send them messages but i cannot chat with them nor can i play any games online i can only log in to live and send messages to friends and download games but not play iny games or chat with

Forgot to mention that my NAT type isn't being displayed and in the detailed network statistics the message "Your network is behind a firewall (or not connected)."

 

As this sounds like everything was working fine before, the only solution for you may be doing a factory reset. We had that quite sometimes now, that when a before good working connection suddenly turned into strict and get a teredo ip address problem, the
only solution is going back to factory settings. Unfortunately there seems not to be any other solution at the moment.

All your save games are stored in the cloud so they will not be lost, but you have to reinstall all your games after the factory reset.
