Connected to XBL but Gears of War can't load my 'file'

I'm trying to take my son threw the whole Gears of War Saga and Gears of War 2 freezes when it loads so I can't take him any further is there anyway this can be fixed so we can continue on with the Saga? I will not continue any of the Gears of War with him
if he can't finished part 2. I own all the Gears of War but won't continue playing them if he can't finish part 2

My other games work but now Gears of War 3 can't even load 1 map. Anything to try to fix that?

Yeah its only that one file "Gears of War" which first comes up as "Unknown Game" before changing to "Gears of War" with incomplete next to it. Be strange if it is my ISP as everything els downloads and I have no connection problems.

I do some tests in my and my friend's console. I can't find any corrupted file in both consoles, so i delete every file from Gears of Wars 2.

In my profile, i can play single and co-op with other players, my wife's profile or other friends, but no with this friend. His gametag is "Marvi121".

He can't play Gears of Wars 2 even in your own console. Starting the game with your profile, the console freezed. I deleted any file from Gears of War 2 in his console too, but not work.

We think the problem is not in his or my consoles.

Does this issue occur with other games online, and have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Let's start by uninstalling Gears of War: Ultimate Edition using the steps on

this page. Once the game has been uninstalled, press and hold the power button until your Xbox One console fully powers down. Once the console powers down, power back up and reinstall Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
