    As it says I started up my Xbox today and went to play some destiny and it said I wasn't connected to Xbox live so I checked the connections and it said I was connected and everything was fine then I tried again but still the same thing happened. I've tried
    other games and apps and nothing is happening because it can't connect to Xbox live and I've also tried power cycling the Xbox. Please hel.

    I'm paying for a service that doesn't works... Thanks Microsoft for disappointed me. .. Customer service didn't find any solution for me

    I've also just checked both my account and my girlfriends account on her Xbox and it's fine on hers but mine still refuses to connect to Xbox live.
