Connected to the internet, but not Xbox live

Hi guys, i saw a thread that asked this very same question - its 2021 now and was hoping for better answers

So, after playing a match of Apex legends, i tucked in for the night. When i got back up, i tried getting on the game again - only to find out i couldn't. It was telling me that there was a network issue, and to try again later - my phone and xbox run on the same wifi, so it wasn't my wifi. And eventually, everything just started going wrong - i wasn't able to join parties, despite being online and being able to receive invites from friends, i could see what games they were on, but couldn't visit their profiles. I couldnt go to Spotify, youtube or any app that required internet - it kept telling me that there's a network issue. I checked xbox status, it said everything was good, and yet, I couldn't do anything on my xbox. I then proceeded to mess with the router, unplugging it, moving it and still got the same issue. I even power cycled my Xbox - still no working solution.

I reset my xbox eventually, keeping all the games and files up there. When i got it back up after several "you need this update to continue" and then receiving a "This is awkward, we thought that your Xbox needed an update" and proceeded to log into my account. It worked for a few seconds but then it started acting up again - then i noticed something. Despite me nor being able to do ANYTHING, the store was updating. I tried accessign it afterwards, and it gave me the error "sorry, can't access this now. Please try again later" **** and eventually i got fed up and decided to post here after seven attempts of trying to reach someone from xbox by phone.

Please tell me there is a solution for this. Sorry for the rant.
