Connected to the internet but not Xbox Live

Hey guys,

I've been having problems getting online for two days now. In my Xbox One home screen it says "Connect to Xbox Live - Here's some help to get you back online." So it won't let me see my friends or play multiplayer games. When I go to the Network page it
says NAT Type: Open and "Service info is unavailable".

Then I go to "Test network connection" and it says "it's all good - your console is connected to the internet" like in 2 seconds or less.

Then I go to "Test multiplayer connection" and it says "can't finish multiplayer tests - back up and try the test again. If it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with your newtwork. (0x7f43)" This takes like 20 or more seconds to show.

I haven't used my xbox like in a week and everything worked just fine the last time I used it, but now, all of a sudden it won't connect and I haven't changed anything in my network settings, or changed equipment or anything. I'm thinking this is an XBL
issue. Any thoughts ? Anyone with the same problem ?

BTW, I chatted with Microsoft support and told me to follow these steps:

Rom: at 13:03:02

Please turn off the console, then remove all the cables attached and press the power button for 20 seconds while the console is off.

Rom: at 13:03:03

That will release the excess power on the console.

Rom: at 13:03:03

Then power cycle the router/modem:

Rom: at 13:03:03

First, you may need to turn off all the devices that is connected to your network.

Rom: at 13:03:03

Second, turn off router.

Rom: at 13:03:03

Third, turn off modem.

Rom: at 13:03:03

First, Modem, please wait for 2 minutes to make sure that the lights are table.

Rom: at 13:03:03

Second, router then wait for the one minute also.

Rom: at 13:03:03

Third, turn on the devices and connect to your network.

Rom: at 13:03:03

Then go back to console, plug the cables, turn on the console, then try to play online

Didn't work.

I also have tried:

go offline then back online

Changed wireless connection to wired

Reset modem

 

Did you find a solution for this? I'm facing the same problem since like 6 days, occasionally works and I can play but when a turn off and turn on again the problem persist, I did everything , Port triggers, format modem, format xbox, wired , wireless
connection, and more... Anything appear to work

 

I'm paying for a service that doesn't works... Thanks Microsoft for disappointed me. .. Customer service didn't find any solution for me

I'm having the exact same issue and have tried the same troubleshooting as you have, and it still won't connect to Xbox Live!!! Worked perfectly fine until two days ago. If someone finds a solution please tell me!

 

Same here, it started 2 days ago, I been doing research and it seems there's no concrete answer, so it appears I have a paperweight now

 

I found that if i let the xbox on, the service starts to function normally in like 20 min, but for example , if a have to restart the console, the problem start again, I have to wait again another 20 or more minutes in order to the xbox can connect
to live again... I think it is a problem with the isp but i don't know how to fix it, I tried everything

I took one month trial version of xbox live gold 2 weeks ago on xbox site.But i dont have it since that time!On microsoct site i have got it , but on xbox.com its nothing

I cant play online games on my xbox one, it writes that i need to buy this gold membership!

Maybe you can do something with it?Maybe restarting of my gold?

I dont know what to do!
