I just purchased an Xbox One monday and have had this same problem since I set up the console.

I spoke with support for hours 2 days in a row now and we were to the point of expecting it to be a faulty console. I tested it at a friends house and it worked just fine, so it's not a console issue and I would not presume it's a service issue, but considering
more people are having the problem now it must be. I cannot complete a multiplayer test though, I get a message saying it cannot finish and to try again later, and that there may be a problem with my network. My 360 works fine.

Same here... Exact same issue as before. No pins loading, same error where I can do all the connection tests but service States "service unavailable". Is Microsoft sure they've fixed it?

Hey, guys! I'm very sorry to see that some of you are unable to connect to Xbox Live still! This particular issue has been resolved, though.

If you still cannot connect to Xbox Live, or are having issues downloading a game, please create a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've already completed. This way we can get you the individual support that works best

toronto canada. connected to the internet on all other devices in the house. xbox connects to the internet but cant connect to xbox live.

i have time warner cable internet and my xbox live connection isnt working. My home wireless and ethernet work perfectly, but whenever i try to connect my Xbox to live, it says that i am connected to the internet, but that it cant connect to xbox live

I'm having the same issue. I was connecting fine with my modem and wireless router until yesterday. Now it picks up my network but can't connect to live. If I test my Xbox live connection....it connects to the network and Internet but not live. If I run
a static check it connects to the Internet. However if I do the Initial Setup....the Internet fails and says Blocked next to xbox live
