Connected to the Internet but not to Xbox LIVE.

It looks like the issue has been fixed according to the service alert page. If anyone still has issues, please try the following.

1: Hold the power button on your Xbox One for 7 - 10 seconds whilst it is turned on.

2: Turn the Xbox back on.

3: Try signing in again.

C'mon MS, please give us at least an update! That xbox live is down might happen, ok, but that one cannot even play offline?!? Just an absolute no go! I am excited what the official response is going to be? Will there be anything like that?!?

 

I just got my xbox one and this is the type of *** I have to deal with. I feel you should offer us somthing for our inconvenience going through this.

 

Problem appears to have been fixed for me at least. Hope others get it resolved soon. Unfortunately it is too late for me to get any gaming in today now. Maybe Microsoft will be cool and offer game credits to everyone who was affected? Maybe I am also
going to win the lottery today and Obama the Republicans are going to become best friends? Not sure which is more likely to happen...

 

I suffered same exact problem.

It seems like MS server is down every week.

Can't believe I paid over $500 for this console and over $50 for this service.

 

Nothing works. And whats going on with the cloud? It is so slow

 

So about that, I've made research about and apparently it's some kind of server problem from microsoft. Some people may not be "affected" but others will. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to solve this but wait until they fix it for every one. But
there's no information about how long it's going to take =/

It came back on about an hour ago so I turn my Xbox one off now I've got the same problem!!!!!

The *** issue is not *** fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Still not working for me. Bit confused as to why the service status is saying everything is working correctly when it still isnt for me!

 

Cod aw ? My xbox1 is still installing it, started on monday noon. Oh well almost there.
