Connected to the Internet but not to Xbox LIVE.

Is it just me or have there been a rather large amount of problems with xbox live since the launch of the xbox one it's almost everyday that there is some sort of connection issue where you can't sign in or use apps or games that you have downloaded and
paid for. I just want to know when can I actually start to enjoy playing my xbox one with out it saying not connected to xbox live because your system is down or not being able to see your friends list so you cant play with your friends, and what is Xbox going
to do for all of us who have waited very patiently for these problems to reach a resolve I mean we pay good money for the console and the membership only for the constant let down of not being able to play with friends or online at all for that matter.

Vibroplex, i did everything u said to do and it still doesnt work

 

Is it really an update when it's just the same message copy and pasted every time? And it's never every 30 minutes. It's typically every hour.

I dont know about anyone else but *** like this isnt ok to happen and us the consumers get nothing back we spend a *** ton of money and stuff like this happens compensation is definitely deserved.

 

back online also in France ... but the problem will return it to you or does it leave its Alume console? ^^

Same here. Too bad I cannot play Destiny Offline.

Is there a way around it or do you Always have to be connected to play?

Yahmi the above posts are a collection of people from different regions so it may look a little confusing. It appears that folks are slowly being able to get past the sign in problem so fingers crossed it slowly starts applying to everyone.

 

i think its coming back slowly try hard resetting your xbox and re connecting to your wifi that did the trick for me

 

I was suprised when i seen i wasnt the the only one with this problem. i have been experiancing the exact same thing many people in this fourm have. As of last night i was playing advanced warfare and went offline at about 10:00pm. Everything was working
fine........ untill this morning that is. i turned on my xbox one at about 7:00am and to my suprise, xbox live was not working. i then spent about an hour and a half trying to fix the problem and find solutions, no luck. so as many stated i was indeed connected
onto a internet access point but still would not let me connect to xbox live.

 

Same problem here, says its connected to xbox live. System doesn't let me sign into it when I try after testing connection and getting the "its all good" message. When will this be fixed?

 

Mines back on now ( i'm from England ) took just over two days to download COD AW because it kept getting stuck in the 26% loop fault. I wish they'd packed the console with the disc version then i would have been able to get 2x xp as advertised, so far the
xbox one experience for me has been a let down but on a positive note the console looks good and the custom sounds are cool.
