Connected to the internet but I cannot connect to Xbox Live

My Xbox One is connected to the internet (Network connection test says "It's all good"). I can even see the activity of people on my friends list. However, it is not connecting to Xbox Live and when I go to use an app it tells me to connect to the internet.
I have tried a hard reset twice and have reset my modem/router.

My subscription should carry me through to the end of this year but I wanted to double check and when I go into settings and try to check the subscriptions I get error code 0x80bd0006. Any idea what is going on here? Thank you!

Cant Log in

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live

Hey B0SS! Thanks for providing the error status report but to help you out will you provide the rest of the information requested in the start here sticky (forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx).
Will you also let us know the specifics of your connection issue, are you not able to connect at all? Have you ever been connected before? Is it intermittent connection loss? Let us know so we can help you.

usually , just signing out , then back in will fix this .....sometimes , you have go a little further and remove the profile , then shut everything down , then re add the profile...

 

I began having this same problem around 11:45AM Central Standard Time today. Tried to contact Xbox Live support by phone but never could get through and had to settle, after MULTIPLE attempts, with being texted after the issue had been resolved. I did get
the text around 1:30PM and the issue seemed to be solved - I was once again able to use apps and play games, but around 6 - when a friend I game with got online - I tried to join a party and I kept receiving an error in the party chat bar that my network was
blocking connection to said chat. I tried rejoining the party multiple times but to no avail. So, I tried disconnecting my modem and reconnecting it as well as power cycling it. The problem persisted. I then power cycled my Xbox One and when it turned back
on I found myself facing the issue that was supposedly resolved earlier(as described by the first post in this thread). Somehow, I am able to get on this app (Microsoft Edge) to post this comment even though I'm "not connected" to Xbox Live. I demand a response
to this issue as to why this is happening and why support agents will not field my calls or my requests for assistance online.

 

I'm having this same problem connected to the internet did a network test and says everything is fine but nothing that uses the internet works it just says to connect to xbox live and also the same 7 friends on my friends list have been online every time
I check to see if its working yet even though they were not online I have had this problem for a couple of days now.

I did it worked 1st time!!! Time to resume my Never winter addiction!!!

 

i have had this problem for a couple of weeks now and i have power cycled, signed out, removed profile, and i even took it into the microsoft store.

I finally got it to work by starting the microsoft edge app and just going to google.com, right after i did that i pressed the home button and then boom it worked.

 

I tried removing my profile and shutting down it did not work and now when I try getting my account back I just get this code 0x80a40019

 

I keep getting 0x80070102 error code, wont let me log into xbox one so cant play some games getting annoyed now

 

Had this same problem for several days now. Tried restarting, signing in and out. removing and recovering. resetting router. I may get back online for about an hour but I get massive lag when playing games. lost over 4 days of Fallout 4 time. just glad I
have single player games.

 

I too am having issues...I cannot watch Netflix nor hulu or even a freaking blue ray disc.

My connection to the net is solid bit still unable to connect to live.

I'm annoyed that despite the massive obvious messages stating otherwise, Microsoft live status says "normal".

The support team couldn't be bothered to call you back to begin with, luckily I'm of old school belief and avoided Digital copies so I can play, offline obviously.

 

Do what bimnog said I signed out connected signed back in typed in my password and got it to work. Thanks man!
