    Same problem here since two months ago xbox one console will not connect my live account, but my 360 console has always worked fine on the shared wife router. Xbox live owes me two months of service as of this time.

    We are having the exact same trouble as stevierod1. One xbox one is on the other side of the wall as the router and has very few connection problems. The other is on the 2nd floor but only has a ceiling/floor in between and has multiple issues with the connection.
    We recently put in a "booster" router so we wouldn't have issues connecting

    Same issue here. Started this morning, so I checked and saw that Xbox live was down on their end. Even though that is back up and my console is connected to the internet I can't connect to Xbox live. I hold Xbox responsible for my having to dodge GOT spoilers
    because I can't use my HBO NOW.

    I'm having the same issue. I was connecting fine with my modem and wireless router until yesterday. Now it picks up my network but can't connect to live. If I test my Xbox live connection....it connects to the network and Internet but not live. If I run
    a static check it connects to the Internet. However if I do the Initial Setup....the Internet fails and says Blocked next to xbox live
