Connected to the internet but can't connect to Xbox Live

Having the same issue of being connected to the internet but not to xbox live. Have unplugged both modem and router as well as hard reset of the xbox one. waited or 5 minutes to plug things back in and then turned on xbox. Xbox logs in and this time allows
me to sign in but still will not connect to live even though it says in the network that it is connected and all is good. My nat is open and my modem is more than robust enough to handle this. Something is wrong on your end... not ours

 

same here and im getting a bit mad.. that we have had no contact from xbox live employees about this issue

 

besides.. is this not "official" xbox support? If not, why aren't they here as well?

Having the same issue can't log into Xbox live either, getting very annoyed!!

 

Exactly the same issue as all you guys here.

Tried everything and yet, still on connected to the internet and Xbox Dashboard saying "Connect to Xbox Live". Kinda *** off paying for a year worth of subscription and spending a month of it on these forums and support pages.

 

Had the same problem. Deleted my account and signed back in. Works fine now! Thanks!!!

 

I have been having this issue since yesterday (April 3rd). I can see that I am online, can view my online friends, but cannot connect to xbox live.

 

Delete your profile and download it again it works fine for me now!!!

 

Same here. Xbox One not connecting to Live. Says "It's all good" in all connection tests, but then pushing "Connect to Live" does nothing.
