Connected to Live but not really

My profile will sign in amd i can see my friends list and what friends are online, but everything else won't work. Pins, community, store, all blank. No prompt to sign into Live. Online games will not connect either. Did a hard reboot with no luck. Internet
is active on other devices. Xbox says it connects to network but cannot connect to Live services. Xbox.com/status says its all up and running.

Not sure what to try next.

Achievement submission works as I have an achievement from today, I can see my friendslist on the snap bar but that's it.

 

How are you connecting your console to your network?

If you are using WiFi, test using the Ethernet connection. This will help narrow down where the problem is.

 

I have de same problem.... in my account i have suscription to xbox live but in the xbox one is not conected and he ask me about buy xbox live gold U___U

 

I have had this problem a few times and the way I resolved it was to log out off then back into my profile.

Same problem here. Everything is set up fine. Went through chat with ambassador who told me to save everything to the cloud so no game data gets lost, then delete my profile and start again. Problem is, I can't set up the cloud because I'm not connected
to live, even though my profile shows otherwise. In the end they couldn't help me at all and sent me to talk to support. I got a free live gold membership for a month and redeemed it and it's gone to waste, because of this issue so I'm not impressed. I get
the same message every time "Sorry this profile cannot connect to Xbox live on this console". Internet is working fine, status check is all green and working fine, profile is fully set up and all details correct abd complete. Google this issue and it's everywhere
and has been for years... Surely MS has a fix by now?
