Connected to live but can't log in

So I was playing earlier today and all was good. Went to play later and I cant connect. So I reset my modem and cleared history. I even deleted my network and reconfigured it on my xbox and deleted my profile and redownloaded it. I check my connection and
It's fine. Connects perfectly. When I cut on my game it says I need to log on. It says It can not connect to the internet and for my to test it. I go test it and it's fine and logs me in live. I go to play a game and it ask me to log into my account. Boom
again it can not connect. I have phones and labtops and a tv that runs off this internet and they are all fine. So I'm kinda confused. Any help would be great.

i can't connect to xbox live on wired or wireless the system says that everything is connected but when i go to log in and connect to live i can't

 

New to Xbox live

I have had my Xbox for a few years but just now connected. I try to log into my live account that I created online but I can't log in on my Xbox?

 

same with me but this time i deleted the account from my xbox and tried to downolad it again ind boom it says xbox profiles cant be downloaded at this time

 

I am having the exact same issue. Every time I test the connection, it says everything is connected, but when I sign in, it kicks me out and says I cannot connect and to test the connection. I went through all the troubleshooting steps - turning the modem
off, re configuring the network, deleting corrupted files, etc, and still cannot log in to Xbox Live.

 

Same here! Worked this morning and now nothing.

 

Same. Everytime I try to play advanced warfare it kicks me off live. I've changed the password, deleted cache, ect. And still nothing! WTF!

 

Same problem tried to connect to live on 360 cant followed steps and now xbox profiles cant be downloaded at this time.

 

I have had this problem since early yesterday. Has anyone gotten any answers or solutions to this problem? I once had a number to call, but I cannot find it now.

I went through the same thing early yesterday at around 10:00am. I was able to log in with my profile, but it just wouldn't connect to Live. There is a secondary profile that COULD connect - so it was just my profile. I reset my internet, the DNS, deleted
my profile, cleared the cache (3 times), & tried to download my profile. Xbox recognized my profile and began the download - but then it would stop at about the 10% mark on the download bar - and the error message would appear. I spent over an hour and a half
with support yesterday. In total, with AND without xbox support, I spent 5 hour working on this, because according xbox, this was just happening to me.

I again deleted the secondary acct, and redownloaded it - no issues whatsoever. I then created a THIRD "dummy" acct. Deleted that one, and reloaded it without any issues either.

This morning, I received an email stating that they are now aware of an issue on THEIR END and that they're pretty sure that the issue had been resolved. I tried again, and I still get the same error message.

On the one hand, I am glad that they now realize it's an issue on THEIR end that cause it and not "user-error" as was most likely suspected yesterday. But on the other hand, I hope that just cause they seemed to fix the problem for some of us, that they
don't give up on the rest of us who are still without profiles and game saves.
