    Connected to internet but not connected to xbox Live


    I'm connected to internet, but not connecting to Xbox Live my subscription is still good until March 1 . Have restarted my Xbox One multiple times. I'm using a Wi-Fi connetion. Chexked speeds download is 41 and upload 6 not sure if these are thw regular
    speeds because I never checked until I had this problem.

    Might be your profile , remove it from the console and shut everything down , when everything boots back up , re add your profile. ...make sure you have the email and password for your profile....

    First, I deleted my profile and came back and the game froze up and started buzzing where I couldn't go any further. So, I deleted the game and then re-downloaded it (the game was Gears of War 3 ) and then it re-connected to Xbox Live.

    Connectivity is your ability to connect to Xbox Live. This could be either an issue with Xbox Live itself or your own connection to the internet.
