Connected to internet, but I can't sign into Xbox live.....

Discus and support Connected to internet, but I can't sign into Xbox live..... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Bought my son a Xbox one s for Xmas, set it up everything was fine, played it yesterday.     Connected to internet, but I can't sign into Xbox live.....


    Bought my son a Xbox one s for Xmas, set it up everything was fine, played it yesterday.

    Turned it on and started playing today, whilst playing FIFA the top right br said press R to reconnect.....we couldn't find R anywhere!!

    But also since then I've not been able to connect to Xbox live at all, I've checked my internet connection which is fine..... So why can't I sign in?

    I can't sign into xbox live it tells me I've connected to the network and Internet but not xbox live ,I've done all the recommended steps but still nothing

    Is Xbox Live down right now?

    I can't sign into Xbox Live today. I ran a test connection and the results were:

    Network: Connected

    Internet: Connected

    Xbox Live: Failed

    My PC internet connection works fine, so the problem appears to be on Xbox Live's end. Is it down right now?

    Im having the same problems. Randomly can't sign in to XBOX live, yet other times I get on no problem. Each time I can't sign in, it says I can connect to my network and the internet, but can't sign in to LIVE

    Randomly disconnecting from Xbox Live

    When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
    that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.

    Well I can sign into xbox live and I have a great connection but yet I lag. I went to the dashboard to see if the Internet is messing up. So I tested my xbox live connection and it says that I can't connect my network to the Internet but yet I can still
    sign in. Please help with this problem. I don't like lag or it saying that when I can still connect after I do the test :(
