Connected to internet but dashboards me I try to play online games

I've run into the same issue. As soon as it attempts to load the dashboard the loading circle freezes.

So I did some testing. If you're xbox is not connected to the internet (and therefore not to XBL) the offline dashboard loads up fine. But as soon as I try to connect to XBL it freezes. So I'm guessing something is wrong with the online dashboard, like
a glitch caused by an ad or something.

I had no issue yesterday after getting the update. I was able to load up the online dashboard just fine when I turned my xbox back on later. This only seems to have started today.

I've got a work around though, at least for the game I'm currently playing (Black Ops 2). Disconnect the internet from the xbox. Load the game. Reconnect internet and login to XBL. I'm playing online again right now. This leads me further to believe
that the online dashboard is the issue and not the xbox itself.

Sorry for the wait, but what I noticed is that my controller is only delayed when I am playing online. When Im on the dashboard and everywhere else, even playing games but not connecting online, everything is working fine. But once I play online, such as
Park on NBA2k19 and Fortnite, my controller is delayed.

Can this be a problem with my internet?

um hi idk where to go for this but when ever I play a game im always offline and when I try to connect it sais I have no internet *witch I do* but when I dashboard im online again can any1 help plz

When I try to download a new profile it tells me to connect to Xbox live and I am I have full internet connection I can watch all sorts of movies and play online games.
