    Connected to Internet and multiplayer but still not on live?


    latley I noticed my kinect wasn't working so I unplugged both my Xbox and my kinect a and replugged everything in but now I can't get on xbox live I tested both the connecting and the multiplayer connection it it says everything fine but it still isn't
    connecting. When I look at the network status it shows my connecting Nat type but says service info unavailable is there any way I can fix this?

    XBOX One turns on and is connected, but not working

    Just followed the steps you gave and still the same issue.

    Checked Network Conection: You are connected to the internet.

    Multiplayer: Not Connected

    Download: 57.58mps

    Upload: 11.41

    Packet Loss: 0%

    Latency: 34ms

    MTU: 1480

    Xbox live Unable to connect

    I've been having the same issue. My xbox is connected to the Internet, and it says I can play multiplayer, but won't connect to Xbox Live. Tried restarting multiple times, disconnected from Internet and reconnected, and still nothing

    so am i wtf! it was working on netflix switched to AW and now its gone....

    The xbox live service alert is on so Microsoft is aware.
