Connected to home network and still nothing Xbox live

Server connection issues may occur on the Xbox app if your network settings are not set up correctly or there is an issue with your account.

To properly isolate your concern and provide you an appropriate solution, please clarify the following information:

• How do you connect your computer to the network?
• Were you able to connect to Xbox Live using a different device?
• Does the same issue occur on another profile?
• Are you using a home network or a community network?
• Were you able to connect to Xbox Live using the same device before?

I'm using a wired connection.

I am able to connect to xbox live on my xbox one console

Still blocked using a different account

Home network

I was able to connect using the same device before

How is your Xbox connected to your network? wired/wireless?= wireless

Have you recently connected any other devices to the network?= nothing new

Is this a personal home network or school/university network?= personal home network

If you are connected wireless to your home network, what channel are you using? Sometimes neighborhoods crowded with wifi access points will interfere with each other. It might be a simple as switching to a less used channel.

== will this be a necessity if everything else on my network keeps their signals active except for my xbox that continuously drops the signal. i've always had a wired connection where i lived at previously with comcast and only started experiencing the problem
with time warner at my new residence in ohio... does that make any difference do you think?

On your Home screen, does it still give you the message "Connect to Xbox Live" even though you are connected to a network? If this is the case, sign out of your profile, and sign back in.

Arrgh!!!!!! *sign* my xbox same thing also since this morining i had post about it but someone delete it, i find when i connect to network and sign in to xbox live it freeze but not sign in to xbox live but still connect to network no problem or not connect
to network but still sign in no problem.

it only freeze up when both sign in to xbox live and connect to network.
