    Hi Bob! If you go to settings, tv and one guide and power settings you can reprogram your devices again with the codes that work for each device. Hope this helps! Let me know and I will be more than happy to help you. Have a great day!

    Changing Connected Devices

    Hi, I have connected my Receiver, my Projector and my Sky Box to turn on and off. While the Receiver works, ie turns on and off with my Xbox, the other two don't. I obviously have used the wrong code/model when I set them up. My problem is that I can't see
    any way to change the Device once it has been entered.

    Can anyone offer any help with this issue?

    Are you referring to connecting to connecting to it with Xbox 360 SmartGlass?

    If so, your Xbox 360 should be turned on and you should be signed into Xbox Live, then be signed into the same account on both your Xbox 360 and your smart phone, then it should be able to connect.

    K know what's going on if they are both logged in with the same account plugged in but saying that phone can not connect to Xbox 360

    Well you can use your Xbox game pass ultimate subscription to access the Xbox version on the cloud, you can use remote play to access it on your own personal Xbox, or you can just buy it on iOS

    In some your controller can take a few days to appear in your devices page
    Please try checking the devices page in the next 48-72 hours
    And if possible try connecting (and using) the controller to an Xbox console or PC via USB cable in the meantime
