Connected but no Internet/ Preview Program

Let me start off by saying how excited I was to be part of the preview program, but now have severe regrets. I understand Microsofts need to beta test certain features, but when these features render your Xbox to be glitchy/buggy its not worth it. Weeks
ago, I received an update for the program and after the update it rendered my wireless connection (controllers) useless. My controllers won't connect to my console whatsoever!! I contacted Microsoft about this issue about 5 times and they simply stated that
I need to pay for repairs?? Excuse me, I've been a proud owner of a 360 prior to Xbone and I never had so many issues before. I have to always play wired!! I can't do much because the factory warranty expired and i don't have the luxury of buying a new console
simply because a preview build ruined my controller connectivity. Something must have occurred internally to render my controllers useless. Also, Recently with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard, there have been numerous reported bugs. Most annoying is
the appearance of this failure to connect bug on the dashboard. My console is set up via Ethernet, I check the network settings and it states that I am connected via wired, gives me my detailed NAT type but fails to actually connect to the Internet?? What??!
It recognizes my connection but wont let it get through? This is frustrating seeing that I can't access anything. I spoke with a support rep and they officially don;t know what to do considering this issue. Since the beta dashboard isn't;t part of the current
build, there;s no actual way to resolve this issue. Instead, they directed me here to post on the forums in hopes of finding a solution and recognizing it. Microsoft, get your builds in order!! If anyone has any information, please do inform. For sure, once
this is revolved I will no longer take part in the preview program. Its not worth the risk, bugs, lack of attention and lack of priority. In my honest Opinion, it is to worth it at all. Yes, I am actively participating in preview programs, such that my preview
score is over 1000, but still...... Facing many issues is not worth it.

Hi, Tried resitting all but still no go.

Now also getting code 101, not connected to internet.

However for all other programs, including emails, I am connected.

I have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program, clearing cache etc.

My head has enjoyed all the scratching!
