    Connected but apps won't open or connect???


    ANYBODY ELSE HAVING ISSUES WITH 360 APPS??? I'm connected, testing says connected but when I try to get on hulu, Netflix or HBO GO system says I need to be connected & keeps looping me around!!?

    Games & Apps won't open

    Hi so my xbox one has been having trouble turning on. It takes about 10-15 minutes to start and even then the dashboard isn't completely loaded in. The system will not let me make any actions with the controller but instead after an additional 5-10 minutes
    it attempts to open the Games & Apps application and ultimately fails. when I try to show help, the help app also fails to open, and then I get a frozen black screen. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks now.

    Connected but apps won't open or connect???

    I'm seeing the same problem. Connection test says all is fine but any app I try to start fails saying it can't connect to xbox live. Have tried rebooting - problem persists.

    Either MS have sorted out a glitch at their end or restarting the router sorted it.

    Xbox Support on Twitter has recognized this issue and you may want to try the solution they provided.

    "The issue with launching Games & Apps on Xbox One should now be resolved. Be sure to try a power cycle if you're still running into this". @ XboxSupport

    Regarding apps, you can try this troubleshooting guide and see if any this fixes any further problems: App Won’t Start | Xbox One

    You can also check the status of Xbox live and see if there are potential issues on Microsoft's end: Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

    Hello! The services on the Xbox 360 were unstable because of a maintenance, scheduled since last week. I believe it's normalized by now.

    Hello! The services on the Xbox 360 were unstable because of a maintenance, scheduled since last week. I believe it's normalized by now.

    XBox One MP isn't available for me either. NAT is open, the UPLAY app connects just fine, but the in-game MP won't connect to the servers. Why is this not being addressed?
