3. Check the services related to Xbox Live
4. Update your network adapter software and Xbox One controller

Sometimes the Xbox will show a message that it's having problems getting content right now or that it can't connect to Xbox Live but it actually is connected. Have you tried playing a game online, which would be the best test to see if it's working. Is
