    "Connect to xbox live" button not working


    Hello, I'm having trouble connecting to xbox live on my xbox one. I am definetly connected to the internet although when i press the "connect to xbox live" button, it simply makes the noise you hear when opening an app however nothing happens. Has anybody
    got any idea how to fix this?

    If you're having this issue, could you try the following workaround? It's been working for others.
    It's not a permanent fix but it could let you or your children keep playing until there is one.

    Hi, try signing out of your account on the xbox and then sign back in again please.

    No problem, should this occur again try removing and adding your account back to the Xbox which may offer a more permanent resolution.

    Xbox Live not working in a Backward Compatible game (XBOX 360 game) on XBOX One

    Nothing.

    The Sign in icon is appearing but the Box don't login to the Live. When I push the two buttons to open the X360 panel I see that I'm not logged into the Live. I try to connect but it is not work. The system suggest that check the connection but in this case
    jumb back Xbox One Home screen. (If I check the network connection on Xbox One surface in the Settings menu it show everything is working.
