Connect to XBOX 360 using smart glass from windows 8.1

Hi.

When I'm trying to open smartglass it shows error 0xc00d1388

My xbox account region is USA, windows region is the same.

I cannot be download X1 SmartGlass at 8.1 Surface RT

So at my Windows Surface RT Tablet, i cannot download XboxOne Smart Glass.

The Windows Search Engine cannot found Xbox One Smart Glass, the Serchengine find always only Xbox 360 Smart Glasses. So if i startet Xbox 360 Smart Glasses at my 8.1 RT Tablet, there is a tiles named Xbox One Smart Glasses.

I use a Finger Tip at this Tiles but there is no reaction. For usually the tiles have to open a new Layer for description and the function to be download the X1 Smart Glasses App but there is no reaction.

I have upgraded to windows ten but I want to connect to my xbox 360. I need to have windows 8 for media centre and also for xbox 360 smart glass. is there somewhere I can download from

 

Well, now I don't get this message. Software just can't connect to the console. Can anyone help me? Both PC and console are using same account.

Please could you make sure if you have given the application permission to connect to your Xbox 360. You should be able to do this by going into your system settings and going into devices. I might be thinking of PC, Please forgive me if it is not listed
in the correct format.

Having the exact same issue and i've even reset my laptop and it's STILL happening.

 

well.. I got it fixed somehow.

activated live account.

made sure both xbox/windows/xbox.xom account use the same locale/country settings.

Next day it started to work
