"Connect to the Internet" when already connected to the internet, Game Pass PC.

Hi everyone, I just got Game Pass PC yesterday and it was working fine yesterday but when I went to get on Forza Horizon 5 and MS Flight Sim 2020 today Windows 10 popped up with a window saying "Connect to the Internet". I looked further into it myself and apparently Teredo NAT type is unable to qualify in settings. I followed the "Click here for more information" tab and even after following all steps of everything tab, it still would not work. Even after clicking the fix it button and it saying it connected. The game would still not boot up. I'm at a loss for options and I am reaching for help. If it helps any I am on dorm Wi-Fi but I don't feel like that's an issue considering it worked yesterday and everything else works fine on it.

Yesterday Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

Their servers are not back to normal yet and lots of users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again? If they don't, please try to sign out of your Microsoft/Xbox account and in again on all your devices.

When you are trying to play them or connect to the internet with them, as you are on PC, is it giving you any type of error code while trying to access the internet connection? Also, are these games part of the Microsoft Game pass if you have a subscription
for it?

An offline pass might not be that far away for consoles.

Ubisoft already insist on you being permanently connected to the internet while playing the single player sections of their PC games (when they aren't accusing 99% of PC gamers of being thieves), so given the piracy problems on the consoles is it really
that long before something similar starts to hit the consoles.
