Connect 2 XBox One controllers to 1 USB port (PC)

As for now, XBox One controllers can only be connected to PC by using a USB cable.

I was wondering, if it is possible to connect 2 XBox One controllers to 1 USB port on the PC?

By using a USB splitter / Hub connected to 1 USB port on the PC and the controllers connected to the Hub / splitter.

Thanks in advance for the reply!

    :)

London 2012 on PC Two Controllers

I am trying to play London 2012 on the PC and want to use two controllers but when I connect them to the USB ports they both show up as player 1 and only one can be used. How do I get to set it up for two players?

Questions concerning the Xbox One's Audio

    1. Can I connect speakers to the Xbox One via the USB ports?

    2. Why doesn't the Xbox One have any 3.5mm ports?

    3. Anyone know any HDMI female/male to 3.5mm female port cables/adapters?

as many as 127 devices can be hooked up to a computer via a single daisy chain of USB hubs AKA splitter so yes you can do 2.

XBox controller disconnects from PC or stops responding

Hi Keith, There are two ways to connect an Xbox controller to a PC: with a USB cable or via Bluetooth.

    Connect with a USB cable

Plug one end of the USB cable into the USB port on your PC.

Plug the other end of the USB cable into the USB port on your Xbox controller.

The controller should automatically connect to your PC.

    Connect via Bluetooth

Make sure your Xbox controller and PC have Bluetooth.
    Activate Bluetooth on your PC.

Press and hold the pairing button on the Xbox controller for 3 seconds.

The controller should appear in the list of Bluetooth devices on your PC.

Select the Xbox controller from the list and click "Connect."

Let me know if the information is still useful.

    Sincerely,
    Marvina.

    Xbox Controller Disconnecting from PC

    Hi;

Welcome to the Microsoft Community-Xbox forum, I´m Jeronimo, a gamer like you and will try to help you in this situation!

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your Xbox controller disconnecting when connected via USB. Given that you’ve already updated the firmware and tried different cables, let’s explore other potential solutions to address this problem.

    1. Try connecting your controller to various USB ports on your PC. Preferably, use USB 3.0 ports located directly on the motherboard (typically at the back of the PC) rather than front panel ports or USB hubs. This can help determine if the issue is related to a specific port.

    2. Examine the USB-C port on your controller for any signs of damage or debris. A loose or damaged port can cause intermittent disconnections. If the port feels loose or the connection isn’t secure, this might be the root of the problem.

    3. If you’re using other USB devices, especially those that draw significant power, they might interfere with the controller’s connection. Try disconnecting other USB devices to see if the issue persists.

    4. Connect your controller to a different PC using the same USB cable. If the problem continues, the issue likely lies with the controller itself. If it works fine, your original PC might be the culprit.

In case the controller is damaged you can check for warranty options in if is still under the time frame here:

turned off console with controller and now wont work

There are three ways to connect your controller with your xbox. you can

1.) Enroll the controller using the console’s connect button

2.) Enroll the controller using Kinect

3.)Enroll the controller using a USB to micro-USB cable

All of the steps to peform each can be found
    HERE

Have you tried all of those options (even the USB one. even a phone charger with micro USB to a USB port will work)
