CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations to Microsoft for making it impossible to find the "Use A Code" feature on the new update. It was nearly impossible for people to find it before and now those of us with the "New Xbox Experience" are forced to plug in the Kinect if we would ever
even dream of entering a code. I simply wanted to enter my NUK3TOWN code and now I'm so annoyed, I don't even feel like playing.

I've had that happen a couple of times. I just press B to back out of it and then sign in to Live.

I'm sorry that you can't access your Live account from your console. I know that's very frustrating. There are several different account management errors with different solutions. Could you please post the exact message that you are seeing so we can research
the issue and find the right steps for you?

 

it is located in the store page of the nxoe, or you can use smartglass on the phone to redeem it or the pc, multiple options are available.

 

Sorry I'm not in the preview so I can't help you there but if you click 'Xbox Live' at the top of the page you can redeem a code their.

 

It's easy to redeem a code on the NXOE,not sure how the op can't find it.

 

Old or new. Xbox one. experience,it works. the. same. on both : "Xbox go to..."

About. Xbox 0.5 experience,that's. another story.....

 

Farscape is correct - it's in the store, where it should be. I had no trouble finding it.

 

Hey OP if you don't want to use kinect all you need to do is go to store > games > browse all games > use a code

 

I had trouble finding it on the new dash this week as well. Just used the site instead.

 

1st-world problems... *sigh* ;P
