    Thanks Xbox, thanks for turning from a great gaming platform to complete joke of a system. I have been a loyal customer for a long long time now, yet you have PERMANTLY banned my account when it wasn’t even me using the account, it was someone else using
    it without my permission or knowledge. I then go to submit a case review but the person who got me banned already submitted one so I couldn’t submit one myself. So I go and contact support and after 10 different support agents over 2 days I get told there
    is no possible way to get a hold of you at all other than that case review. Hmm but one has already been submitted so now I am permanently banned for no reason with no way to explain the situation to you. WHAT A DISGRACE. How can you make a system such absolute
    garbage. How can you just ban someone permanently without giving them a way to explain the situation, other than one chance in a single case review. I’ve even tried contact random members of staff to see if they can get a hold of you but you just hide. I bet
    you enjoy playing God don’t you, just ban whoever you want with no repercussions. Doesn’t matter if they’ve been a loyal customer for years with tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of stuff on there. Nah, it doesn’t matter, just ban him with no investigation and
    don’t let him explain the situation. The point of banning an account is to make Xbox better, there is no need for my account to be banned when it wasn’t me. Now that I know someone’s been using my account I could have just changed my details and carried on
    and that account never would have been complained about again. I had a clean record until pretty recently when my account was being used without my knowledge. Doesn’t that tell you something changed. And while I’m at it the reason the account even got banned
    is ridiculous as well. I thought the person using my account must have done something pretty bad to get permanently banned. So I check and nope, just harassment abuse and threats. Now that sounded bad, still maybe not permanent banning bad, but bad none the
    less. So at this point I go and find out who actually has been using my account so I can strangle them. I find out it’s my step brother. Mid throttle of his neck he tells me that he did not harass, he certainly didn’t threaten and the things he did do can
    barely pass for abuse. Apparently, and I genuinely would like you to confirm this because if this is true, you are disgraceful. He says the extent of his abuse was some vulgar language filled messages that at most could amount to, and I quote “Mild **** talk”.
    If this is true and you PERMANENTLY banned MY account cause someone used the F word in a message, then you are truly a deplorable reprobate who does not care in the slightest about the community. I mean you wouldn’t even let me explain the situation to tell
    you it wasn’t me. You could convince me having the F word in a message could get you communication banned, sure seems reasonable but then you ban the account till 9999 for THAT. An account also with thousands of dollars’ worth of stuff on it, just for that?
    Then refusing to speak to me so I can explain the situation to get this debacle cleaned up. DISGRACEFUL. So good luck pushing away your most loyal customer for silly reasons such as not even letting them speak to you about misunderstandings because unless
    my account is restored as it rightfully should be so I can change my details and no complaint will ever come from that account again, then I can never justify buying an Xbox product again, what with the total disregard for a thorough investigation with such
    a serious issue with an account that has such prestige and also banning it permanently for a ridiculous reason in the first place and then the horrific customer service while trying to resolve this mix up. You don’t care about the community at all. I have
    been a loyal member for years and never done anything. Then just a few months of someone on my account occasionally sending a message with some vulgar language and you take my account just like that? I hope you’re happy with yourselves, you’re just going to

    Xbox Live is a social platform, and we love hearing about players sharing their experience with friends and family. Xbox Live is at its best when everyone joins in the fun!

    However, as the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
    Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.

    If you wish to restrict usage of your account you can set up a passkey on Xbox 360 or Xbox
    One
    . And thanks to the benefits of Home Gold, it’s easier than ever for every member of the household to create their own Xbox Live account!

    When a permanent account suspension is issued, XBLPET does not actively revoke an account's purchases or licenses or otherwise render existing content unplayable. Any content that has been downloaded and can be accessed without an internet connection
    can continue to be used by the affected account offline. Content downloaded to the suspended account’s Home Xbox One console can also continue to be used by other accounts present on the console.

    However, once an account has been permanently suspended, it will not be able to re-download previous content or purchase new content. This is because a permanent suspension completely blocks the account from accessing the Xbox Live service. Any digital licenses
    that are already downloaded remain intact, but keep in mind that any game titles or specific features that require online services will not be useable.

    If you believe someone was using your account without your permission then you need to contact support & ask them to open an unauthorised access case.

    If you didn't do that then the enforcement team have no way of knowing that you were not in control of your account when these rule violations took place.

    I got perm banned aswell for someone using my account. the person was across the country from me and I told the enforcement to check and ips but no they simply ignored what I was saying and just explained why I got banned. like I already why I got an email
    for it. what I was saying that it wasn't me who msged the person there was someone on my account. ive been trying to get my account back the past week but nothing. banning me for something I didn't do.

    I've been on this Gamertag for 7 years and had only one 24 hour comm ban in 2012 for getting in a **** talking message match with a guy on BO2, after that happened, nothing until Destiny-The Taken King. I got my first 2 week comms ban during a trials match,
    rightfully, I deserved it. Then I got another one in January, and another one in March, and another one in May, and another in June, then another Tuesday, followed by a multiplayer ban for 2 weeks today-(for supposed threats and hate speech?)

    XBL has gotten so sensitive! You're playing a game that's rated T, that has blood and killing people in it, and you can't handle swearing? ****?

    I feel you man. I'm going to not play with a mic attached for the next 6 months and pray my rep improves.

    I'll say a prayer to Master Chief for you bro.
