Discus and support Confusion with my bans in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've been banned for having a picture of my girlfriends face as my profile picture and was a tad confused when i see a lot of people with half naked...     I've been banned for having a picture of my girlfriends face as my profile picture and was a tad confused when i see a lot of people with half naked females as there pictures? And I've also had my communication ban extended for 3 months and I can't file
    for a case review. Not quite sure what to do...

    Ban confusion

    I received a communication ban on 16th of feb 2017 for swearing at a player. Communication to resume on 2nd March. At 01:30 this morning, (18th) i was watching someone play Fifa on twitch. I was not communicating, as i couldn't if i wanted to due to the
    ban imposed. So im watching this game, and an enforcement notification comes through. I think its just a repeated message and think nothing of it. I turn on xbox today, load up MW remastered, and i am greeted by this message, "due to past behaviour, you cannot
    play online games"

    What!? So i go back into my email, click on the enforcement history, apparently at 01:30 its been determened that i was "harrassing and threatening" other players!? On a communication ban? I dont think so, so i go to appeal case review, looks like hassle
    so i think no, ill speak to customer services. Useless, they cant do anything and you cant contact enforcement team, you can only do case review. So i go back into it, i am not eligible for review i need to answer a short questionaire...

    "Do you think its ok to have a purple avatar?"

    Ummm. Yeah?? No, this is incorrect as you've then had access to modifying hardware.

    "Do you think its ok to share your name number and address on xbl?" No, no way.

    This is incorrect, as long as you trust the people you are talking to there is no reason you cannot share this information.

    "We are sorry but you have answered too many incorrect answers, please come back in 24 hours to try again."

    Can anyone hear help me? Its the weekend, i want to play xbox!

    Ban confusion

    You will need to log into the enforcement team website for information. You can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

    That is the only place that you will be able to get any information about any bans/suspensions,

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You can only contact them via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.

    as bowski477 mentioned, the Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
    in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there instead. It's very possible the suspension
    on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead, since not all enforcement actions are case reviewable.

    also should be noted that suspensions can be based on past behaviour

    Since you had multiple suspensions you do realize that they can ban you for multiple violations right? Meaning you have tok many bans will only add to a perm ban
